CDs better storage alternative 05-12-2009
If youve been reading my columns lately, youve noticed how hard I have been coming down on floppy disks and their associated drives. Small, slow, and prone to data loss, floppy disks are better for drink coasters than data storage. I cant tell you how many important files Ive lost on them.

Pilot Grove progresses with DNR mandated water system improvements, updates
Chad Sayre addressed the Pilot Grove City Council Monday evening, noting that continued improvements to the town's water system were progressing, as stipulated by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources in a compliance and operation inspection report sent to the city in March.
