Use Your Hand As A Guide

This what you can do to increase your reading speed.

Put your right hand on the page and slowly advance it straight down the page, drawing your eyes down as you read. Maintain a slow motion with a consistent pace, as if your right hand has its own mind. Your eyes may not be exactly where your hand is, but this simple action will make you to read faster. Don't start, read a little, stop, read a little, start, read a little. Keep the motion slow and easy. Just do this one time for each page. If you are "left-handed" use your left hand as the dominant pacing hand.
